Quality

Listen to people apologize.

There's often a condition. "I'm sorry IF I hurt you."

Let's get rid of the "IF," and let's say, "I'm sorry I hurt you.  I will work hard to keep from doing it again."

People matter. Every single person matters.  There is no if about it.

I'd like to be humble and say I only blog to record the doings of my life, but really, I blog for conversation, and I would love to hear from you. It's okay if you don't agree with me, that's what makes life interesting.
